Tantan (Tantan Cultural Development; international terms) auto-renews all paid subscriptions unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Cancellation is done through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Generally no refunds are given for unused days, but subscribers in certain US states get a 3-day cancellation window with a full refund processed within 10 days. New York subscribers may pause Premium for up to one year by written notice. The terms warn that uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
