How hard is it to cancel Tangerine?

Tangerine customers close an account self-serve in online banking by selecting the account, opening Account Details and clicking Close Account, or in the mobile app via More > Profile & Settings > General > Close Account(s); a phone call (1-888-826-4374) is required only when closing the sole account of a type or when a pending transaction blocks closure.
