How hard is it to cancel Tally?
Tally scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Tally (tally.so) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in the dashboard; no advance notice period is required. Access to Pro or Business features continues until the end of the prepaid billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Tally has a strict no-refund policy and does not issue refunds for unused time, late cancellations, or change of mind; the sole exception is a prolonged service outage caused by a technical issue on Tally's end. Upgrades mid-cycle receive a prorated credit against the new plan.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
