How hard is it to cancel Talkspace?

Talkspace subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the website (Account > Payment and plan > Stop subscription renewal) or the mobile app (Settings > Payment and plan > Cancel plan); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and remaining paid time remains accessible. No refunds are issued for services already rendered, subscription costs, or live sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Out-of-pocket subscribers may pause their plan in 7-day increments instead of cancelling, with the billing date automatically extended for the pause duration. Medical records (chat transcripts) are retained for 7–10 years per applicable law even after account deletion.
