Talabat Pro subscribers can cancel anytime via the app or website by going to Account → membership settings. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the auto-renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. No partial or full refunds are issued for cancellations made before the end of the current billing cycle; access to Pro benefits continues until the subscription expiry date. Live chat is available as an additional support channel. Account deletion is possible in-app (Settings → Account Info) provided no pending transactions exist.
