Changes must be made more than 24 hours before the order is packed and shipped, shown in the account as the 'last date for changes.' Orders are still charged and delivered if the cancellation arrives after that last date for changes. Because each recipe is tailor-made, tails.com cannot accept returns on the dry food. The privacy policy adds that personal data is retained for 24 months after a customer cancels.
