How hard is it to cancel T-Mobile Czech Republic?

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

T-Mobile Czech Republic requires a written cancellation request submitted via online contact form, postal mail, in-store visit, or by calling 800 73 73 73, there is no fully self-serve online cancellation button. Contracts without a commitment period are terminated with a 30-day notice period from the date of delivery of the notice; contracts with a commitment period terminate on the commitment end date, or with 30 days' notice if early termination is requested. Service charges are prorated to the cancellation date, but early termination of a subsidised or device-financed contract may incur a financial settlement fee (amount quoted by customer service). Number portability to a new operator automatically handles the cancellation without a separate notice.
