How hard is it to cancel Sync.com?
Sync.com scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Sync.com subscriptions are cancelled entirely online via the web panel (Settings > Account & Billing > Manage Subscription > Cancel). Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but the account remains fully active until the end of the current billing term with no partial refund for unused time. A 30-day full money-back guarantee applies to new plan purchases only, it does not apply to renewals, free trials, reactivations, or plan upgrades. After account closure, files are retained on Sync servers for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
