How hard is it to cancel Sync.com?

Sync.com subscriptions are cancelled entirely online via the web panel (Settings > Account & Billing > Manage Subscription > Cancel). Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but the account remains fully active until the end of the current billing term with no partial refund for unused time. A 30-day full money-back guarantee applies to new plan purchases only — it does not apply to renewals, free trials, reactivations, or plan upgrades. After account closure, files are retained on Sync servers for 30 days before permanent deletion.
