How hard is it to cancel Swisscom?
Swisscom scores 56/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the CH — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via phone, online (self-serve), in person.
Swisscom requires 60 days' written notice before the desired contract end date; most contracts carry a 12-month minimum term (24 months for subsidised device bundles). Cancellation can be initiated by arranging a callback through the My Swisscom portal or help pages, or in person at a Swisscom Shop — there is no true self-serve one-click online cancel button. Early termination within the minimum term results in being billed for all remaining monthly charges with no proration or refund. Switzerland is not subject to EU or German mandatory Kündigungsbutton rules; the Swiss Code of Obligations governs consumer contracts.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
