Members self-serve cancel in-app via Account > Swiggy One > Manage Membership > Cancel Membership / Turn Off Auto-Renewal; if subscribed through Google Play or Apple, cancellation must be done in that store. Memberships are non-refundable and there is no partial refund for the unused portion of a cycle. After cancelling, benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period.
