Superpower runs on an automatic, recurring annual membership whose Initial Term is non-cancelable for one year unless terminated under specific conditions; after the 12-month period members gain cancellation rights. Members cancel by emailing [email protected] or logging into their account and following the cancellation directions, and must give notice up to 72 hours before the annual renewal processing date to avoid auto-renewal at the then-current rate. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no services have been scheduled; after 7 days or once services begin the membership is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are given during the initial term. Termination by Superpower for violations forfeits all fees paid.
