How hard is it to cancel Superhuman?

Superhuman subscribers can cancel at any time via the in-app command palette (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Cancel Subscription) or by logging into superhuman.com/admin; cancellation by email to [email protected] is also supported. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account downgrades to a free tier with no further charges. All payments are formally non-refundable per ToS §8.10; however, annual-plan holders may request a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder, forfeiting immediate access. No pause or freeze option exists.
