How hard is it to cancel Sundance Now?
Sundance Now scores 67/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Sundance Now cancellation depends on where the subscription was originally created: subscribers who signed up directly on sundancenow.com can cancel online via My Account > Membership Settings > Cancel Subscription, while those who subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or Samsung must cancel through the respective third-party platform. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Per AMC Networks Terms of Use, no refunds are available and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. No subscription pause option is offered.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
