How hard is it to cancel Sunbasket?

Sunbasket subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Settings (multi-step with a retention prompt) or by emailing [email protected]; the email route takes effect 7 days after receipt. The weekly cutoff for cancelling or skipping is Wednesday at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET — orders already charged cannot be cancelled. No refunds are issued on processed orders, but a 100% money-back guarantee applies to dissatisfying meals if reported within 7 days of delivery (credit or refund). Unused account credits are forfeited upon cancellation.
