How hard is it to cancel Sun NXT?
Sun NXT scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IN, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store.
Sun NXT is a paid South-Indian-language OTT subscription service. To cancel, users go to the in-app Profile page (Profile > Subscription > Cancel Subscription), which immediately cancels the subscription and stops all auto-debits; cancellation should be done at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Apple iTunes purchases must be cancelled through that provider. Refund policy is tiered: monthly Indian plans are non-refundable (access continues to period end), while quarterly/annual plans allow pro-rata refunds for remaining months if cancelled within specified windows; international yearly plans allow pro-rata refunds only within the first six months. A key caveat: if any content is consumed for more than 120 seconds, a refund will not be permitted. Sun NXT does not send pre-renewal reminders, so users must track expiry dates themselves.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
