How hard is it to cancel Sumeria (ex Lydia)?

Sumeria (formerly Lydia) account holders close their account self-serve in the app under Moi then Security then Delete my account, or by emailing [email protected] from the registered address, with no justification and no closing fee. Closure is irreversible. The paid Lydia subscription is cancellable in the app's Subscriptions section.
