How hard is it to cancel Sudowrite?

Sudowrite cancellation is self-serve via the Settings gear > Manage Membership. Cancelling permanently stops the billing cycle and credit refresh; projects and documents remain viewable and exportable, but AI features require an active subscription. Sudowrite does not refund fees on cancellation due to the digital nature of the service, except that upgrading to a higher tier yields a pro-rated refund of unused time on the prior plan. Pausing (up to 3 months) is available only to monthly-plan subscribers and takes effect at billing-cycle end, requiring a separate confirmation step.
