How hard is it to cancel Sucuri?
Sucuri scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Sucuri lets you cancel a subscription's auto-renewal yourself in the billing portal at login.sucuri.net/settings/billing/ by selecting Cancel Subscription on the subscription you want to stop. To fully close the account you must log in to the dashboard and open a support ticket with the Account Administration team, and the WAF (Firewall) must be deactivated first. If a subscription is tied to a contract the remaining commitment is still due. Refunds are limited: a refund is available only within 30 days of purchase and only when a malware removal request was not completed.

- Account/data deletion: Cancelling a subscription stops the recurring charge but the account remains. Fully closing the account is a separate step done by opening a support ticket with Account Administration; if the WAF (Firewall) is still active it must be deactivated before the account can be closed.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
