How hard is it to cancel Streamz?

Streamz subscribers cancel self-serve on streamz.be by logging in, opening Mijn account then Abonnement, scrolling down and clicking Abonnement opzeggen and confirming; the subscription stops at the end of the current paid period. No refund is given for the remaining period but access continues until period end.
