Customers can stop automatic Fix deliveries entirely online (web account or iOS app) by navigating to Fix Frequency > Manage Fix Frequency > Proceed to Cancel; the account remains active with no recurring charge. Individual upcoming Fixes can also be cancelled online before the stylist begins styling, at which point the $20 styling fee (charged ~two weeks before delivery) is automatically refunded to the original payment method. Once a stylist begins working on a Fix, self-serve cancellation is unavailable and customers must contact support via chat (7am–10pm CT), iOS app messaging, or email at [email protected]. No notice period or cancellation fee is stated; Stitch Fix is pay-per-Fix with no ongoing subscription fee.
