Stingray Music (Montreal-based) Premium subscribers who bought directly cancel self-serve from their account page on web or mobile by clicking Cancel Subscription in the Subscription box, after which the account reverts to the free ad-supported tier; App Store and Google Play purchases are cancelled through those stores.
