Last reviewed 2026-06-10 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

To cancel, log in to the Stan admin dashboard, go to Settings (bottom-left) > Billing > Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refund is automatic. Refunds require contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the charge; Stan reviews requests manually and may issue a prorated refund for plan changes, but non-use and charges older than 30 days are ineligible. If subscribed via the Stan mobile app, cancellation must be done through Apple (App Store subscription management), not through the web dashboard. No pause feature exists; cancellation preserves all store data for future reactivation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
