Stan is a no-lock-in, month-to-month service cancelled self-serve via the web: log in on a browser, open Manage Account, scroll to Subscription Information and select Cancel my subscription (cannot be done in the mobile/TV app). Access continues to the end of the current billing period and Stan charges no exit fees, but it does not give pro-rata refunds for unused days; cancelling during a free trial ends access immediately. Subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled with that platform. Stan's privacy policy grants data access, correction and erasure rights, with deletion requests handled via Stan support.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
