Sprout Social subscribers on monthly or annual in-app billing can cancel self-serve via Settings > Billing & Plan > Deactivate; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription term. Invoice-based or annual plans with monthly payments require written notice at least 30 days before the term end. No refunds or credits are issued for prepaid unused fees upon cancellation; the sole exception is a prorated refund if Sprout Social itself commits a material breach it fails to cure within 30 days. Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account termination.
