Subscribers can cancel at any time online via their account portal (login → Account → click plan → Change Plan Status → confirm prompts) or by emailing [email protected], or by phone/text at (718) 514-6292. No notice period is required; cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect orders already processed, even if unshipped. Refunds are limited to a 14-day 100% Happy Pup Guarantee on Trial orders only — regular shipped orders are non-returnable with no prorated refunds.
