Cancellations must be submitted before the next order charges — for Wednesday deliveries by 4pm ET the prior Thursday, and for Friday deliveries by 4pm ET the prior Sunday. If an order has already been charged or is in fulfillment, cancellation and refunds are not guaranteed; refund requests for other issues must be made within 14 days of charge. A 100% satisfaction guarantee covers first orders only (30-day claim window); no general proration for mid-cycle cancellations is offered.
