Speechify subscribers can cancel at any time via account Settings on the web (app.speechify.com/subscription) or through the iOS App Store or Google Play if subscribed via those platforms. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available only for annual plans within 7 days of purchase and only when usage is below a defined threshold (e.g., under 500 HD words for TTS or under 2 minutes for AI Studio); monthly, quarterly, and discounted plans are non-refundable. California subscribers receive advance renewal notices 15–45 days before annual renewal.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
