How hard is it to cancel Spaceship Voyager?

Spaceship Voyager charges a $3/month fee (only when a portfolio balance reaches $100+ during the month) plus a percentage management fee; there are no brokerage, withdrawal, or transactional fees. Users close their portfolio/account self-serve in-app via the Menu tab > Close my portfolio (latest app version required), after withdrawing all funds. Closure can alternatively be requested by email to [email protected], in-app chat, live chat, or phone (1300 049 532). Any outstanding balance is paid out within about five business days. No pro-rata refund of fees is documented; data access/correction/deletion is handled per the Privacy Policy.
