Soylent subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time by logging into the account dashboard, navigating to Manage Subscriptions, clicking Edit, and selecting Cancel Subscription. Customers must save changes at least 5 days before the next scheduled shipment for the cancellation to take effect; any already-acknowledged orders will still be fulfilled. Email cancellation is also accepted at [email protected]. No pause option exists, but customers can skip deliveries, reschedule, or adjust delivery frequency as alternatives.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
