How hard is it to cancel Sourcegraph?

Sourcegraph's Terms of Service state that a subscription automatically renews monthly or annually and the payment method is charged until cancelled, that either party may terminate a self-serve subscription for any reason or no reason, and that all fees are earned on receipt and nonrefundable unless negotiated otherwise or required by law. Enterprise non-renewal requires forty-five days written notice, with no specified notice period for self-serve.
