Sosh mobile plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time online via the Espace Client (Mon compte > Offres et options > Résilier votre offre) or via the MySosh app, with no cancellation fee and no justification required. Cancellation takes effect 10 days after the request, and the customer may revoke the request up until that date. The final bill includes a pro-rata refund for unused days; any credit balance is refunded within 10 days by bank transfer or cheque. For the La Boîte Sosh internet box, a €50–60 cancellation fee applies unless a legitimate reason (e.g., relocation to uncovered area, death, disability) is provided.
