Sophos Home subscriptions are billed through Cleverbridge (an independent reseller); to cancel, users must use Sophos's Purchase Lookup Tool to trigger a Cleverbridge management email, or contact Cleverbridge directly, there is no single-click cancel button in the Sophos dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal but does not refund the remaining term; however, Sophos offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason from date of purchase. No notice period is required, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Beyond 30 days, all subscription payments are explicitly non-refundable.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
