Sololearn PRO and MAX subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the billing period; users must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid a charge. Cancellation is available online via Settings on the website (Settings > Sololearn PRO > Cancel Subscription) or through the Google Play / Apple App Store subscription management screens in the mobile app. Sololearn does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription; after cancellation, access to PRO/MAX features continues until the end of the current billing period. Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be requested by emailing [email protected]; Android and iOS refunds are directed to Google Play and Apple respectively.
