Softr subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Cancel Subscription button in the workspace Plan and Billing settings; no notice period is required. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual), at which point the account reverts to the free plan. Refunds cover the first payment only: within 14 days for monthly plans and within 30 days for annual plans; there is no mid-cycle proration beyond that window. Account and all associated data can be permanently deleted through My Account settings.
