SnackCrate subscribers can cancel anytime through their online account dashboard by navigating to the Subscription tab and clicking 'Cancel Next Plan'; cancellation can also be requested by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the month following the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once an order has been sent to the fulfillment center it cannot be canceled for a refund, though the company states it will resolve delivery problems on a case-by-case basis. Pending unshipped orders at the time of cancellation will still be shipped.
