How hard is it to cancel Smol?

Smol subscribers can cancel online at any time by logging into their account, navigating to 'your smol products', selecting the relevant plan, and clicking the cancel link, no cancellation fees apply. Cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge date, otherwise that order will still be processed. During the free-trial period, cancellation must be done by emailing [email protected]. A money-back guarantee covers first deliveries if contacted within 10 days of receipt, and pausing a plan is also available self-serve in the same account area.
