Smarty is a no-contract rolling monthly SIM-only MVNO (UK). Cancellation is fully self-serve: turn off auto-renew in the dashboard or app (Account Settings > Manage Plan) or request a PAC/STAC online, by SMS (text to 65075/75075 with date of birth), or via webchat/email. There is no minimum notice period beyond letting the current billing month expire after disabling auto-renew. Customers have a 14-day money-back guarantee (pay only for usage); after 14 days, prorated refunds of unused add-ons and remaining credit are available within 90 days of switching, processed within 30 days of the request.

- Pause/freeze: available — Customers can pause by disabling auto-renew in the dashboard or app (Payment Settings). The account remains open for up to 6 months (220 days) of inactivity before automatic closure. No charge to pause.

- Account/data deletion: Accounts with no active service can be self-deleted via the dashboard (Account > Delete this account). Active accounts must leave SMARTY first (turn off auto-renew / use PAC-STAC), then submit a Right to Erasure request by emailing [email protected] with the GDPR erasure form. SMARTY has 1 month to comply.
