How hard is it to cancel Smalls?

Smalls scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email.

Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Smalls subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Account Portal (Profile tab → Cancel Subscription), or by texting/calling 503-487-4303 or emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge date to prevent that charge. No prorated refunds are issued for any billing period already paid prior to cancellation confirmation by the Cat Concierge team. Subscription frequency and item adjustments are available self-serve in the portal; all sales on one-time Smalls Mart orders are final once processed.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
