To leave Sky Mobile and keep your number, text PAC to 65075 from your Sky Mobile handset (delivered within ~1 minute, valid 30 days); to leave without keeping it, text STAC to 75075 (also valid 30 days); give the code to your new network, which completes the switch usually within one working day. With a PAC/STAC no notice is required and, if out of minimum term, Sky can only charge up to the date the code is used; the standard cancellation (not switching) requires 31 days' notice. Early Termination Charges may apply for the remaining months if you leave within the minimum term. Customers who have paid for SIMs 12+ months can also call 150 to cancel; refund of unused service is not stated.
