Sky Ireland requires customers to cancel by phone (0818 762 917) or by written notice to their Customer Relations address in Dublin; online self-serve cancellation is not available for Republic of Ireland customers. A minimum of 31 days' notice is required; customers within a minimum contract term may face early termination charges. During the 14-day cooling-off period, customers are entitled to a full refund of all payments including delivery costs; after the cooling-off period, activation and set-up fees are non-refundable, but any remaining account credit is refunded within approximately 6 weeks of service termination. Sky Q/Glass equipment must be returned by the customer.
