Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Members can cancel online via account settings (Communities tab > Settings > Manage Membership) or via the mobile app (Three Dots > Group Settings > Manage Membership); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and Skool recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the rebill date. Group owners/admins cancel from Community Settings > Billing tab > Cancel Subscription. No refunds are provided for full or partial billing periods or for non-use; subscription fees are explicitly non-refundable once charged. There is no documented pause or freeze option; cancelled groups are archived as read-only until reactivated.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
