Skinny is a prepaid-only telecom, so mobile and Wireless 4G Broadband cancellations require no notice period — customers cancel by removing their saved card details from their online account or by texting STOP to 2424 (mobile plans/add-ons), with porting to another carrier also terminating mobile service automatically. Unlimited fixed-line Broadband (ADSL/VDSL/Fibre) must be cancelled by emailing Skinny with account details and a desired end date, with at least 24 hours' notice required. No refunds are issued for change of mind; prepaid 52-week plans paid upfront are explicitly non-refundable, though financial hardship cases may be considered. There are no lock-in contracts for any Skinny service.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
