Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

SK Telecom mobile service can be cancelled online via the T World website or app (MY > cancellation), by calling 114 (free) or 1599-0011, or by visiting an SK Telecom store in person; identity verification is required for all channels. Cancellation takes effect on the customer-specified date, with final charges billed through the day before that date and outstanding balances (including device installments) settled at or after cancellation. Early termination fees (할인반환금) apply if cancelling within a 24-month device subsidy commitment: within 180 days the full subsidy amount is charged, and after 180 days it scales down proportionally by remaining days. Unused balance refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to a registered bank account, and a service pause option is available up to 2 times per year for up to 3 months each.
