Domains are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted within the window the domain cost is deducted. Subscriptions automatically renew unless manually disabled, and auto-renewal must be turned off at least two weeks before the renewal date because that is when the renewal process begins; once renewal occurs no refunds are given.
