Sips by subscribers can cancel their monthly subscription at any time by logging into their account, navigating to Settings > Manage Subscription, and selecting Cancel Subscription; cancellation only stops future orders and does not affect already-placed orders. Prepaid subscribers (3-, 6-, or 12-month) can disable auto-renewal under Prepaid Settings. There are no refunds for subscription fees already charged; personalized tea boxes are explicitly non-refundable. Subscribers may skip individual upcoming orders through the Upcoming Orders menu in their account dashboard.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
