How hard is it to cancel Simyo?

Simyo subscribers cancel online via Mijn Simyo (web portal at mijn.simyo.nl/opzeggen) or the Mijn Simyo app under Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Monthly contracts require 30 days notice; fixed 1- or 2-year contracts require two months notice before the contract end date, after which they convert automatically to monthly. Early termination of a fixed-term contract incurs a buyout fee (afkoopsom) covering the remaining monthly charges. Refund/proration terms are not explicitly disclosed beyond the death-of-account-holder scenario (overpayment refunded within two weeks).
