Shortwave subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via Settings > Members & Billing by clicking 'Manage plan' and selecting 'Cancel plan'; paid features remain accessible through the end of the current billing period. Shortwave officially states payments are non-refundable, but in practice offers full refunds if requested within 14 days of payment by contacting [email protected]. No subscription pause option exists. Account and associated data can be deleted from within the app under Settings > Support.
