How hard is it to cancel Shortform?

Shortform subscriptions purchased directly can be cancelled anytime online via the in-account Billing page ('Click here to cancel' button) or by emailing [email protected]; App Store and Google Play purchases must be cancelled through those platforms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — no immediate termination. Payments are explicitly non-refundable with no credits for partially used periods, though the company reserves discretion to offer exceptions. There is no pause or freeze option; cancelling a paid plan downgrades the account to a free tier.

How to cancel Shortform

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is mentioned in Shortform's Terms of Service or help pages. Users can only cancel to downgrade to a free plan.
• Account/data deletion: Account and all related data can be permanently deleted via Settings > 'Delete your account' inside the app. Deletion is irreversible and Shortform states it cannot recover any data after deletion. https://www.shortform.com/delete_account
