How hard is it to cancel ShoeDazzle?

ShoeDazzle scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, in-app.

Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

ShoeDazzle VIP members ($49.95/month) can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee via the 'My VIP' page in their online account, live chat (9AM–9PM ET), or phone (1-888-508-1888, 24/7). The billing window requires action before the 6th of each month — if no skip or cancel is submitted between the 1st and 5th, the $49.95 charge is applied automatically on the 6th. No refund terms for already-charged VIP credits are disclosed in the help documentation; VIP credits expire after 12 months of purchase. Members can alternatively 'skip the month' unlimited times to pause billing without canceling.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
