How hard is it to cancel Sharesies?

Sharesies (NZ-headquartered investing platform) lets investors close their account themselves once the balance is zero by withdrawing remaining funds, then going to Settings and selecting Close my account. Closure can be requested at any time through the service; outstanding income or trading halts may delay closure.
